This\ is apparent from the fact that the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and\ Technology(MEXT) is discussing active knowledge utilization for the next government course\ guidelines. Therefore, diversified styles of instructions are provided at school. Among them,\ e-Learning systems are new a style of instructions. Thinking in a big framework, televisions,\ radios, video teleconference systems are considered as of the e-Learning system tools when\ using the education services. “ArgosView teaching video distribution system” is a video\ recording device and distribution system. This system can be used that for preparation\ and review. In the 2016 fiscal year, this system was used at, in many events for real time\ distribution because a lecture hall was under construction.
