The main findings are as follows. First, about 70% of the students have already experienced various kinds of leadership position in their school days.\nSecond, the average scores of students’ self-assessment on their own leadership competencies at the IGL’ s leadership development classes increases at the end of the classes. Especially, the scores tend to be higher at the specific competencies, which each class requires students to learn.
