Using a semi-structured interview, participants were asked how they recognized the importance of existence, the main reasons f or working, and the importance of their work in Japanese companies. We categorized and organized data using KJ method. As a result, depending on the length of employment, the graduates showed different tendencies.\nThat is, those whose length is short, recognized that they have “the advantage as former students” and their present work place is “the place for learning” and the “means of life.” “Good work attitude” is also regarded as important at work.
