A total of 393 new students and 384 guardians completed questionnaires about student life, career prospects, dormitories, and their families. The main findings are as follows. (1) The students who do not live at home have more anxiety about their economic life, health, and daily life than those who do live at home. (2) The percentage of students who plan to find a job in a private company is higher than those students who hope to enter graduate school, find a job in the public sector, or become a teacher. Moreover, the percentage of students who hope to ender graduate school or become a teacher has declined over eight years. (3) The percentage of students and their guardians who know about scholarship systems and dormitories is the lowest it has been since the survey began. Additionally, the percentage of students in the natural sciences who know about scholarship systems and the dormitories is lower than those in the humanities.}, pages = {40--54}, title = {2018年度(平成30年度)新入生の学生生活に関する調査—学生生活とキャリア意識における文理比較・経年比較から—}, volume = {9}, year = {2018} }
