Conversational data in the research was collected by conducting roleplays. The results showed that Japanese native speakers used honorifics more than Thai Japanese speakers throughout the whole conversations. Furthermore, Thai Japanese speakers did not use a variety of honorifics as much as Japanese native speakers. Focusing on honorifics in groups of Sonkeigo, Kenjougo I and Kenjougo II, Japanese native speakers used honorifics in those groups with more complex forms than Thai Japanese speakers. The research findings contributed to better understanding of the use of honorifics in business situations.}, pages = {21--29}, title = {上下関係のあるビジネス場面における敬語使用―部下役のタイ人と日本人の発話における敬語に着目して―}, volume = {23}, year = {2021} }
