I hypothesized that parental satisfaction with WLB affects childrenʼs mental health, and that is mediated by the parentsʼ mental health and the childrenʼs perception of their parentsʼ mental health. A questionnaire survey was conducted and responses were obtained from 84 parents in dual-income families and their children who were in elementary school. A path analysis revealed that parentsʼ satisfaction with WLB was associated with lower stress responses, and childrenʼs recognition of their fathersʼ stress affected their stress responses. In other words, the relationship between parental satisfaction with WLB and childrenʼs mental health was mediated by the childrenʼs perception of their parentsʼ mental health. Therefore, parental satisfaction with WLB is an important factor in understanding the mental health of family triads in dual-income families.}, pages = {111--119}, title = {親のワーク・ライフ・バランス満足感と児童の精神的健康との関連}, volume = {23}, year = {2021} }
