(1) Haruko Hasegawa (1895–1967) occupied\nthe core of a network of female Western-style painters. She visited France and other Asian countries in which the Japanese military was expanding. (2) Fumie Taniguchi (Senka,1910–2001, died in the U.S.) was a Japanese painter famous in the art world for her images of modern girls. (3) Mitsuko Arai (Mitsu Yashima, 1908–1988, died in the U.S.), participated in the proletarian art movement, and fled to the U.S.\nThe three women differed substantially in their activities and attitudes toward the war, however, they shared two attributes: their dynamic spatial mobility and the contradictions and conflicts they experienced by being both women and painters searching for self-expression. Their representations unsettled existing gender frameworks. This paper evaluates the characteristic activities and visual representations of the three artists and probes the similarities and differences between them. It also takes the gender perspective to investigate the reasons for their oblivion, the gender norms of their times, and the existing concepts apropos war paintings.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_11_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.24567/0002000547","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_11_publisher_36":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"お茶の水女子大学ジェンダー研究所"}]},"item_11_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA11391754","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_1623395637221":{"attribute_name":"出版タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_abf2"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"作成者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"北原, 恵","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"KITAHARA, Megumi","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2022-10-31"}],"filename":"jender_25_06_kitahara.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"5.2 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"url":"https://teapot.lib.ocha.ac.jp/record/2000547/files/jender_25_06_kitahara.pdf"},"version_id":"d5fd6656-f9d8-4a2d-b55b-c46c9b2e0232"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"女性画家","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"戦争","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"視覚表象","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"トランスナショナリズム","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"ジェンダー","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"戦時下を生きた女性画家と“越境”――長谷川春子・谷口富美枝・新井光子","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"戦時下を生きた女性画家と“越境”――長谷川春子・谷口富美枝・新井光子","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"“Wartime Women Painters Crossing Borders: Haruko Hasegawa, Fumie Taniguchi, and Mitsuko Arai”","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"11","owner":"1","path":["1659520178514"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2022-08-04"},"publish_date":"2022-08-04","publish_status":"0","recid":"2000547","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["戦時下を生きた女性画家と“越境”――長谷川春子・谷口富美枝・新井光子"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2023-08-21T08:27:06.444806+00:00"}
