It was conducted through participant observation and semi-structured interview surveys that focused on one p part-time teacher at an Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) center. The analysis showed that the part-time teacher’s interaction with children during extracurricular hours was different from that during curriculum hours: she did not try to interact with all the children in the same way; she attentive to the relationship each child wanted with her; she created a comfortable environment for children who did not want direct involvement; and she responded to children who sought close involvement. From these results, it is considered that the interaction of the part-time teacher in the evening is not mainly focus on the education of the child, but rather than focused on each child's way of spending their day.}, pages = {55--66}, title = {認定こども園の夕方の時間における非常勤保育者の子どもへのかかわり}, volume = {10}, year = {2022} }
