The analysis involved evaluating pre- and post-training tasks as well as the results of a post-training questionnaire in relation to the training objectives. The findings indicated that, through the RA training, new RAs became more committed to earning the trust of dormitory residents. It also became apparent that the content in the RA manual was better understood and more concretely applied as a result of the training. However, the study also identified issues regarding time allocation and content design for the RA training program.
