| 内容記述 | At Ochanomizu University, the “Graduate Fellowship Program” provides career support through the Student and Career Support Center for students after graduation. Specifically, it offers opportunities for students to explore diverse career paths through events such as role model lectures and networking with companies. From 2021 to 2024, many participating students have secured positions in academia and industry. However, to thrive in various career paths after graduation, it is necessary to promote initiatives beyond just this center, highlighting existing challenges. Moving forward, it is essential to further enhance these supports and develop programs tailored to the needs of students. |

| 内容記述 | お茶の水女子大学の「大学院フェローシップ事業」では、学生・キャリア支援センターが採用学生に対して修了後のキャリア開発を支援しています。具体的には、ロールモデル講演会や企業との交流イベントを通じて、学生が多様なキャリアを探求できる機会を提供しています。2021 年から2024 年の成果として、多くの参加学生がアカデミアや企業での職を得ていますが、修了後にさまざまなキャリアパスで活躍するためには、本センターの支援だけでなく、全学的な取り組みを強化する必要があると指摘されています。今後は、これらの支援をさらに充実させ、学生のニーズに応じたプログラムを展開することが求められています。 | |||||||||
