The number of chromosome was determined to be 12. The relations between the nucleolus and the chromosomes, and the behaviors of the cap-like centrosomes were described. The first and the second nuclear division in swarmer formation were both not meiotic. It was suggested that the strain used here had only haploid generation and propagated only by two-flagellated zoospore formation.},
