The results obtained are as follows. 1. Sporulating agency of asparagine, contained in medium, for example, in the Krainsky medium can be replaced by adding 0.05-0.1% urea in place of asparagine. But when the test organisms were inoculated on these media repeatedly, the rate of growth reduced gradually. 2. On the question whether there are any correlation between conditions for mycelial formation and those for sporulation, various experiments were made. It is proved that the spore formation delays under the condition that fungal growth is to be accelerated, on the ontrary, the sporulation occurs vigorously under the condition that fungal growth is to be prevented. For example, by adding peptone which is generally believed as nitrogenous compound beneficial for growth, sporulation occurs only meagre. Consequently, the fact that the sporulation is accerelated by amides seems to be dependent on the results that amides is but unfavourable nitrogen sources. 3. When sucrose was added as carbon sources, extract of sprouted soy beans can\ be used instead of asparagine medium. 4. Sporulating effect may be obtained by using the human urine instead of urea and in this case the concentration of urine which contains 0.05-0.1% urea is suitable.}, pages = {242--252}, title = {アミド化合物の放線状菌胞子造成に対する促進作用に就いて}, volume = {4}, year = {1954} }
