The study examines the impact of learning support provided by non-native speaker of Japanese and Spanish on the multiliteracies, identity of the children and the role of such facilitator. The data indicates that through the educational practices, children received a unique experience of multilingual and multicultural communication. Their motivation to improve writing skills in multiple languages was influenced positively.
