@article{oai:teapot.lib.ocha.ac.jp:00038378, author = {鈴木, 寿子 and トンプソン(平野), 美恵子 and 房, 賢嬉 and 張, 瑜珊 and 劉, 娜 and SUZUKI, Toshiko and THOMPSON (Hirano), Mieko and BANG, Hyeonhee and CHANG, Yusan and LIU, Na}, journal = {言語文化と日本語教育}, month = {Jul}, note = {application/pdf, 紀要論文, 本稿は、言語生態学を基盤とする日本語教師養成プログラムの実践報告である。本プログラムは、従来の「教育」「研究」に「世界」という視点を加えたもので、いかに生き、持続可能な共生の形を探っていくかを学習者と共に考える“同行者としての教師”の養成を目指した。活動では研究、教育、世界と自己との関わりについて、仲間との対話によって理解を深めることを追求した。運営メンバー5名によるプログラム運営中・後の内省を検討した結果、①能動的自己認識、②自分仕立てのパースペクティブの表明が共通して現れた。実践後、各自が今後の行動基準を言語化したところ、運営メンバーは自己を起点とした“同行者としての教師”のあり方や、人間としての生き方 (人間活動)と教師職(教師活動)の一体化を模索し、つながりを重視して自分の課題の克服を試みる意思を形成していた。この背景には、日本語教育を学んできた自己を能動的に受け止め、世界の事象と自己の立場を結びつけたことと、多様性ある参加者と対話できたことが理由として考えられ、プログラムの可能性が示唆された。, This paper reports a new teacher training program for Japanese as a second language (hereafter JSL) based upon the ecology of language. This program is aimed at enabling participants, including the five coordinators, develop awareness of JSL teachers as companions of learners, who think about how they can live symbiotically with their learners in the world. In addition to views of ‘education’ and ‘research’, which have been pursued by most JSL teacher training programs, this program added the concept of ‘world’ and encouraged the participants to associate themselves with those three aspects through dialogues with their peers. The reflections made by the coordinators during the approximately three-month program were analyzed by the coordinators themselves. The result showed that 1) proactive self-awareness and 2) their own perspectives appeared in all their reflections. The coordinators further reflected on this result and verbalized criteria for their future actions and behaviors. Their criteria revealed their own way of attempting to become ideal JSL teachers as companions of learners, and their intention to tackle their own issues and valuing networking with others. It is suggested that the coordinators obtained those criteria by positively accepting themselves as JSL teachers, associating themselves with the world in which they are living, and exchanging ideas with their peers.}, pages = {11--20}, title = {言語生態学に基づく日本語教師養成プログラムの構築とその可能性 : 運営メンバーによる内省の分析から}, volume = {43}, year = {2012} }
