The moves “focusing,” “fact description,” “quotation,” “evaluative description,” and “inference/interpretation” appeared in the essays were compared with those of academic articles in social science. The differences among writers were also examined. Each essay was characteristic in the way of quotations, and in the range of cohesions supported by “focusing,” “evaluative description,” and “inference/interpretation.” These findings revealed that adequate skill training to express author’s evaluation should be incorporated into the instructions for academic writing.}, pages = {84--93}, title = {大学初年次のレポートにおける論証の談話分析(佐々貴義式(佐々木嘉則)先生追悼記念号)}, volume = {39}, year = {2010} }
