However, their attitudes became positive over the course of this study’s support activities. The purpose of this study is to explore the actual conditions of learning supports by native language ‘Chinese’ that were based on the ‘Interactive ability development model for subject studies in children’s native language and Japanese’. As a result, in the practice of learning supports, Chinese native supporters investigated the children’s proficiency, and created original teaching materials drawing upon the children’s proficiency in their native language. The factor which allowed such learning support is Chinese native supporters had the opportunity of supports in their native language.
