In this study, decision- making process and problem solving of 7 student teachers were analyzed. Qualitative analysis was carried out on the collected data, such as observation records, interview records and protocol data by stimulus recall method. The results show that the process of decision-making is characterized: (1) the process of self-inquiry→cognition of gap→transformation of assumption→transformation of pedagogical perspective→decisionmaking. (2) decision-making was a result of self-directed decision-making. (3) cycle representing the process of reflective teaching was completed.
