 note = {application/pdf, 紀要論文, 本稿では、まずポーランドにおける日本語教育の歴史と現状を紹介する。日本学の独自の伝統がある一方で、日本語教育関係機関同士は、地理的その他の要因によってまとまりにくい点があることを指摘する。次に、国際交流基金より、日本語教育の「現地化」と「自立化」を側面支援することを指針として派遣された日本語教育専門家としての、日本語教師会の組織づくりの実践について述べる。現段階で見出された日本語教師会のあり方は、国内の日本語教育関連行事を支援するネットワークとなることである。そのネットワークを現地関係者だけで維持できるものにすることが、「現地化」と「自立化」であり、「側面支援」とは、立場上多く持ちうる情報を提供した上で、決定は現地関係者に任せ、調整役に徹することであろうと報告する。, This article is to introduce the history and present status of Japanese-language education in Poland. With its unique tradition of Japanology, however, there exist difficulties of networking institutions because of their geographical locations and other obstacles. The article is reporting a trial, conducted by a Japanese-language teaching specialist dispatched from Japan Foundation, aimed at better organizing an "Association for Japanese-Language Instructors in Poland". The core theme of the trial was, as reported, how to keep a loose solidarity so that the association can be managed and maintained self-dependently by the local instructors.},
