The results of the comparison indicate that teacher trainees are greatly affected by the purposes and methods of practical trainings. The trainees built their knowledge based on the experience of \"teaching principles\", \"class practice\", \"educational resources\", \"self recognition\", and \"study topics\". Teacher trainees who trained teachers at multi-cultural language education training grew as mature teachers by realizing the roles of Japanese educations and language, while teacher trainees who trained at normative Japanese language education training learned ordinary practical teaching methods.
