 note = {application/pdf, 紀要論文, 本稿は、日本語を学ぶ2人の英語のALT(外国語指導助手)に対する調査をもとにしたケーススタディである。第二言語習得に関与する様々な学習者要因の中の態度・ビリーフス・学習ストラテジーについて、これらの学習者要因と、学習者を取り巻く環境との関連を、参与観察、アンケート、インタビューなどによって調査した。その結果、学習者の勤勉な学習態度や社会的ストラテジーの積極的な使用とその結果としての日本語力の伸びが、職場の期待をさらに高め、日本語学習の機会を増やしている、という可能性があることが明らかになってきた。, This case study of two Assistant English Teachers, who are learners of Japanese, investigated the relationships between individual differences, such as attitudes, beliefs, and learning strategies, which affect the second language acquisition and the learning environment. The methods used in this research were observations, questionnaires, and interviews. The results of this study suggest that the learners' progress in Japanese, which is the result of hard working attitudes and positive uses of social strategies, could enhance both the expectations of the learners' workplaces and the opportunities for learning Japanese.},
