Its effect on the \"Japanese Teacher\" and the \"Japanese Class\" are concretely elucidated. To investigate the changed tendency and factors, we conducted a survey before and after the practice and also held a follow-up interview. As a result, we found that the change of the student teachers can be classified into 3 categories, (a) teaching activity, (b) self-observation as an instructor, (c) instructor oriented. The student teachers have gained confidence to conduct a good class and wishes to become a Japanese teacher as a future profession. After the practice session, they also realized the importance of gaining experience in teaching practice in order to become a good Japanese teacher.
