 note = {application/pdf, 紀要論文, 本稿は、行政が運営する日本語ボランティアグループにおいて、定期的に行われているミーティングを取り上げ、その相互行為の特徴を抽出することにより、グループの特性を明らかにすることを目的とする。特に行政担当者である司会者の発話に注目し、(1)ミーティングの談話課題管理の仕方、(2)司会者とボランティアとの相互行為に見られる非対称性、(3)発話の配分、の3つの観点から分析を行なった。その結果、司会者は「今ここで話すべきことは何か」という規則を暗に示すことによって、能率よくミーティングが進行するよう管理していること、司会者とボランティアの相互行為に「情報収集者/情報提供者」「語りかけられているもの/間接的な標的」という非対称性が観察されること、発話の配分がグループ内のヒエラルヒーの順番に構造化されていることが明らかになった。, The purpose of this study is to distill the specialty of interaction in the regular meeting of a Japanese volunteer group and to clarify the characteristics of the group. Especially I note the speech of the chair who is also administrative staff and I examine from three points as follows, 1. The way of discourse task management of the meeting. 2. The asymmetrical interaction between chair and volunteer. 3. The distribution of utterances. As a result, 1. The chair manages the meeting by presentation of formula, "What should we talk about?". 2. We can observe asymmetrical relation between the chair and volunteer in the point of "information compiling / information offering" and "a person who is talked to / indirect targets".  3. The distribution of utterances is structured according to the order of hierarchy in the group.},
