Especially I note the speech of the chair who is also administrative staff and I examine from three points as follows, 1. The way of discourse task management of the meeting. 2. The asymmetrical interaction between chair and volunteer. 3. The distribution of utterances. As a result, 1. The chair manages the meeting by presentation of formula, \"What should we talk about?\". 2. We can observe asymmetrical relation between the chair and volunteer in the point of \"information compiling / information offering\" and \"a person who is talked to / indirect targets\".  3.
