In addition, the paths they take when they face the conflicts were also discovered\ by looking into a few cases (analysis 2). Ten subjects were interviewed and the conflicts they\ had at multicultural work environment, how they felt towards the conflict, and the conflict\ resolutions were analyzed by citing KJ method. While analyzing, “assessments for solving\ the conflicts” were observed, which occur between having feelings and solving behavior.
