However, reflecting a paradigm shift to promote women in society, it has\\\nbeen more crucial to take the strategic approach to leadership programs at women’ s colleges.\\\nIn short, they could be restructured as an arena of professional higher education to train\\\nglobal female leaders who combine mentoring skills with broader perspective. The leadership\\\ndevelopment programs for college students were researched at the top 5 US women’ s colleges\\\nin the Boston area, Wellesley College, Smith College, Barnard College, Simmons College, and\\\nMount Holyoke College. The common features clearly seen through their leadership programs\\\nare “Diversity” , “Alumni Networking” , and “Fund raising” .
