Major findings are as follows. The application period for this system is obviously too early considering the time when students actually learning in high schools decide their preferred universities and it is necessary to be reviewed and improved. Concerning the number of students to be recommended by each school, no small part of answers were “having no idea” while many answers hoped “more than one person”. It is desirable to continuously discuss this issue. Many answers mentioned “appropriate” about the set amount of income. And it received favorable estimation because it would expand the range of possible students.
