To reveal the subject, I target Metsuke-shihai-muyaku that is a position of Tokugawa \ shogunate. It is generally known that Goyaku (five positions of Tokugawa shogunate who are \ in charge of various kinds of trivial routine duties, for example, guard, transportation, cleaning, \ construction, messenger and so on) or some of Gokenin (vassals of the Tokugawa clan who are not \ allowed an audience with the Shogun) are enrolled in Metsuke-shihai-muyaku when they are retired. \ But the view so far does not always follow the historical fact, it needs to reconsider.\ First, I review relations of Metsuke-shihai-muyaku and Goyaku, to define the target persons. Second, \ I disclose the process of changing a scope of application of Metsuke-shihai-muyaku. Finally, based on \ my investigation, I argue the organizational structure of the low-class shogun’s retainer from the point \ of view of the financial control.}, pages = {2-1--2-9}, title = {田沼時代における下級幕臣 : 目付支配無役に注目して}, volume = {19}, year = {2017} }
