Firstly, we measured the number of steps and\ examined the time they spent in physical activity during one week using triaxial accelerometer(Active\ Styl Pro, Omron) in 11 mothers and their preschool children. Secondly, we performed a questionnaire\ survey of mothers ’ health and exercise habits. There were many significant correlations between\ physical activities and the number of steps per a day both in preschool children and in mothers. In\ addition, significant correlations were obtained for the number of steps per a day between preschool\ children and mothers,and low physical activity on weekend between them. However, there was\ no significant correlation between preschool children’s physical activity and their mother’s physical\ activity or health. We also evaluated significant differences in steps and moderate-to-vigorous physical\ activities between low health score group and moderate-to-high health score group by t-test. As a\ result, there were significant differences between moderate-to-vigorous physical activities on weekday\ both in preschool children and in mothers, and we had the same result on weekend. It was thought\ that mothers’ health may influence their preschool childrens’ moderate-to-vigorous physical activity\ through mothers ’ moderate-to-vigorous physical activity. But, causal relationship between them was\ not directly proven in this study.}, pages = {21--28}, title = {幼児の身体活動に関連する因子としての母親の身体活動と健康度}, volume = {18}, year = {2016} }
