Firstly, we measured the number of steps and\\\nexamined the time they spent in physical activity during one week using triaxial accelerometer(Active\\\nStyl Pro, Omron) in 11 mothers and their preschool children. Secondly, we performed a questionnaire\\\nsurvey of mothers ’ health and exercise habits. There were many significant correlations between\\\nphysical activities and the number of steps per a day both in preschool children and in mothers. In\\\naddition, significant correlations were obtained for the number of steps per a day between preschool\\\nchildren and mothers，and low physical activity on weekend between them. However, there was\\\nno significant correlation between preschool children’s physical activity and their mother’s physical\\\nactivity or health. We also evaluated significant differences in steps and moderate-to-vigorous physical\\\nactivities between low health score group and moderate-to-high health score group by t-test. As a\\\nresult, there were significant differences between moderate-to-vigorous physical activities on weekday\\\nboth in preschool children and in mothers, and we had the same result on weekend. It was thought\\\nthat mothers’ health　may influence their preschool childrens’ moderate-to-vigorous physical activity\\\nthrough mothers ’ moderate-to-vigorous physical activity.
