Educational\\\nassociations in the Kanto region were eager to receive free railway fares for Sangūryokō. In Saitama\\\nPrefecture, with the publication of Notice 198, How to Handle a Trip by a Group of Elementary School\\\nChildren to Visit Ise Jingu, published by the Ministry of Railways, instructions were given to promote\\\nSangūryokō. The children who participated were in grades six and above, and this included pupils\\\nin advanced elementary school courses. In Gunma Prefecture, the Educational Society of Gunma\\\nPrefecture Union discussed the deregulation of travel to conduct Sangūryokō. Participants were mostly\\\nelementary school second graders in an advanced course.
