This study examined results of a questionnaire of 309 kindergarten’s\ teachers in Tokyo.\ The results showed that teachers who work in kindergartens practicing these activities tend to value\ them positively. Especially, this study proved the difference in awareness in “understanding children\ through extra-curricular hours ’ activities ” for teachers taking care of the activities and for those not\ taking care of them.\ Furthermore, this study explored the relations between teachers’ perception and content of activities.\ For teachers taking care of them, the ratio of teachers’ with double workload (regular-curricular and\ extra-curricular hours) was one factor in awareness that “Extra hours is necessary support for parents”\ and “It gives positive effect on children’s development”.\ So these findings about differences in perceptions suggest that it is important for all teachers to\ share experience of these activities, and it shows the significance of teachers’ cooperation regardless of\ involvement in the activities or circumstances in each kindergarten. And these findings might have a\ significance to take a view of flexible child care support.}, pages = {143--151}, title = {預かり保育に関する保育者の意識 : 関与状況と実施状況の違いに着目して}, volume = {17}, year = {2015} }
