 note = {application/pdf, 紀要論文, The purpose of this study is to exploratory what kinds of experiences in high schools impact\
to basic skills. According to the idea of “ Learning from experience ” introduce by Matsuo (2006),\
examining the relationship of four experiences (Club activities, School events such as sports festival\
and cultural festival, Subject class and Part time jobs) and 11 skills. For the selection of the subject,\
in order to confirm a direct impact on the work from “experience of high school”, it was limited high\
school graduate employee. An analysis was undertaken of the questionnaires completed by 1730\
with Internet monitor who work as regular employees (34.1%), conduct employees (10.0%), part time\
worker (46.9%) and dispatched worker (3.4%). The result shows students had different learning through\
four kinds of experiences. School event contribute collaboration and accomplishment, Club activities\
contribute mental strength and continuity, Subject classes contribute acquisition Confidence and Part\
time job contribute courtesy and learning from failure. As for the difference of course destination after\
graduating from high school, part time job experiences make a difference of learning “continuity and\
mental strength from Subject class. Finally, the issues of how to use existing activities in high schools\
are discussed.},
