A self-report questionnaire survey was administered to 104 full-time workers, with a mean age of 37.6 years. It measured psychological stress, role overload, \ social support, supervisor satisfaction, co-worker satisfaction, self-directedness, and cooperativeness. Multiple regression analysis showed that an interaction effect of supervisor satisfaction and cooperativeness significantly predicted workers’psychological stress as well as self-directedness, social \ support, and role overload. With a low level of cooperativeness, workers with a low level of supervisor satisfaction reported more psychological stress than those with a high level of supervisor satisfaction. Cooperativeness moderated the relationship between supervisor satisfaction and psychological stress.}, pages = {187--193}, title = {職場の人間関係と就労者の心理的ストレスの関連 : パーソナリティの調整効果についての検証}, volume = {16}, year = {2014} }
