Student Assistant Program”. Its aim was to revitalize the library by having students and library staff work\\r\\\
together under the framework of“Innovation of Library Services and Operations.”The LiSA program was\\r\\\
established to provide learning and teaching support services to students：it provides learning support by\\r\\\
introducing students to a wide range of materials, is also effective for career development guidance by\\r\\\
providing work experience, and has a further benefit of developing a group of strong library supporters.\\r\\\
This paper reports on the development of the LiSA Program and shares a number of concrete episodes.},
