The concept of “PTSD” has been known gradually since the middle of the 1990s. At first, “PTSD” referred to the disordered person who experienced Vietnam War. Recently, “ PTSD ” came to be used in the various areas like disaster, crime, and education in the newspaper. Thus, the number of people diagnosed as “PTSD” increased, the psychologism spread rapidly.However, we cannot see “Individualization” and “Depoliticization” as the feature of psychologism in the case of “PTSD” .},
