The results showed that Harm Avoidance, Novelty Seeking, Persistence, Self Directedness and Cooperation had significant correlation to socio-cultural or psychological adaptation, especially Harm Avoidance and Self Directedness suggested strong prediction of adaptation. The mediation effect of Self-efficacy between the link of personality characters and adaptation variables was also supported by the results. Further, a path model of the relationship among personality, self-efficacy and adaptation was analyzed and all of the results and implication were discussed.}, pages = {241--248}, title = {在日中国人留学生の異文化適応:パーソナリティ特性からの影響}, volume = {12}, year = {2010} }
