In this paper, these medical interpretation's features and limits are focused and inspected by professional and practitioners.Section 1 reviews previous studies of sociology that look critically how the problem of the delinquency was explained. Medical interpretation closely is conceived as psychologism. It usually reduces or exempts from the responsibility of the patients, parents and teachers. However, it ’ s not seen in the delinquency.Section 2 reviews previous medical studies and clarifies these features. They do not consider the disabilities to be an immediate cause of the delinquency, and interpret it as a risk factor. And, the purpose of the studies is clarified the treatment and the education.Section3 examines (1)the undeveloped medicine,(2)the similarity of delinquency and definition of disorders.
