 note = {application/pdf, 紀要論文, This paper aims to discuss about Japanese language education programs based on the concept of promoting 'cultural and linguistic symbiosis' between Japanese native speakers and non-native speakers in Japan. This study focuses on how asymmetrical relationship changes into symmetrical relationship. Subject of this study are foreign and Japanese university students involved in group-activities. Based on the method known as Conversation Analysis, this paper shows how the participants themselves construct the categories of 'native/ non-native speakers' in ongoing interaction which results in asymmetrical interaction. Moreover, the focus is also on how participants can break through an asymmetrical interaction achieve a more symmetrical relationship.},
