{"created":"2021-03-01T06:46:48.815364+00:00","id":40524,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"3705da16-6fcb-48cc-97c0-348650df3cd8"},"_deposit":{"id":"40524","owners":[],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"40524"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:teapot.lib.ocha.ac.jp:00040524","sets":["347:381:846"]},"item_11_biblio_info_8":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2011-10-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"81","bibliographicPageStart":"67","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"18","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"生活社会科学研究"}]}]},"item_11_description_17":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_11_description_46":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"紀要論文","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_11_description_6":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"日本の女性労働力率は,現在でも欧米諸国と比べると低く,特に,既婚女性の労働力率は低い。その低さの一因として,欧米諸国と比べ,性別役割分業意識が強いことがあげられると推測した。そこで,本研究では,妻の性別役割分業意識が妻の就業選択に与える影響について,日本とアメリカ,フランス,スウェーデンを比較し,検討する。分析には,内閣府が2005年に行った「少子化\\\\r\\\\\\\n社会に関する国際意識調査」の個票データを用いて,日本,アメリカ,フランス,スウェーデンの有配偶(同棲を含む)の女性で,夫が自営業の専門職・自由業,常勤の被雇用者であるサンプルを分析対象とした。性別役割分業意識の変数を作成し,それを説明変数に入れて,(1)就業か無業かという就業選択と(2)常勤,パートタイム等,無職の3つの中からの就業形態選択に影響があるかどうかを推計した。\\\\r\\\\\\\nその結果,①四カ国とも三歳児神話に対する反対意見が常勤確率を高めており,三歳児神話に反対している割合が高くなれば,常勤確率が高まるということ ②フランス,スウェーデンでは,性別役割分業意識が弱ければ,末子の年齢にかかわりなく,就業することができるようになっているが,日本では性別役割分業意識が弱くても,小さい子どもがいることが就業選択の確率を低くし\\\\r\\\\\\\nていること,そのため,日本においても,育児休業制度や短時間勤務制度を取得しやすくすることが,小さい子どもがいることが就業の妨げにならないようにするために効果のある施策であること ③日本では,既婚女性が就業する,常勤で働くということにアメリカ,フランス,スウェーデンよりも困難が伴うために,性別役割意識に反対する意識を強く持っていないと,常勤で働くということは難しいということ,そのためキャリア教育の必要性が高いこと,が明らかになった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"I examine how gender ideology is associated with the levels of women's participation in work in Japan, the United States, France and Sweden. The 2005 international comparative survey on fertility decline by the Cabinet Office, Government of Japan was utilized. After controlling for age, wife's education, husband's education and age of the youngest child,\\\\r\\\\\\\nwife's gender role ideology is found to be related to the negative attitudes toward labor\\\\r\\\\\\\nforce participation in the four countries. After controlling for the above variables along with wife's gender role ideology, the age of the young child is found to be related to lower levels of women's participation of work only in Japan and the United States.
