Questionnaires were \ncompleted by ninety-three employed Japanese women. According to two sample t-test, it was found \nthat work conflict of “Unsatisfied duties” varied significantly depending on employment type (Part-time/\nFull-time), number of Canadian co-workers (small/large), and English language level (low/high). Also, \nit was shown that acculturative behaviors differed significantly depending on the ownership capital \n(Japanese company/Canadian company), English language level(low/high) and age(younger/older).
