領域であり，社会学・法学・心理学等の多様な領域にまたがる学際的な学問領
域である．本稿では，家族社会学に依拠した家族関係学のテキスト分析をおこ
ない，家族社会学が家族関係学におよぼしてきたインパクト，それがひいては
家庭科教育に対してどのような示唆を与えうるかを検討した．
戦後出版されたテキストを検討したところ，1960年代以降，家族社会学に依
拠した家族関係学のテキストは，一定の出版件数を保ってきた．これは家族社
会学が，家族関係学を支える一領域であり続けてきたことを示すものでもある．
それらのテキストの内容を検討したところ，家族社会学は家族関係学に，①家
族を実証的に分析し，理解するための概念，および，②家族が論じられる際に
しばしばともなう規範性を相対化する視点を提供してきたといえる．これらの
ことから，家族社会学は家庭科教育に対して，①実証的な知見に基づいた家族
に対する認識を提供し，②家族に関する規範を相対化する視点の重要性を指摘
してきたといえる．
Studies of family relations are interdisciplinary research area which is based on the study
fields such as sociology, judicial science, and psychology; they serve as an academic basis for
curriculum of home economics education, particularly for the study about families. This paper
explores the impact of family sociology on studies of family relations and home economics
education, by analyzing textbooks of family relations which are written based on family sociology.
By reviewing the published textbooks of family relations since 1945, it was found that there
has been stable number of family relations textbooks from sociological point of view, particularly
since the 1960s, which implies that family sociology has played an important role in the studies of
family relations. An analysis of textbooks showed that family sociology have provided concepts
for empirical studies about families, and a comparative perspective of family norms for the study
of family relations. Therefore, family sociology can contribute to home economics education by
providing knowledge about families based on empirical evidence, and by suggesting the
importance of comparative perspective on family norms.},
