The data were\ncollected from web questionnaire in 2016- 2017. As a result of the path analysis, wives’ use of IT,\nthrough smart-phones, cell-phones and personal computers, can influence couples’ decision-making\nabout their children’s education in Japan, South Korea and the United States. Especially over 60%\nof Japanese wives with preschoolers mainly make decision about child-rearing and only 30% of\nU.S. wives make decision about it.
