The program makes use of Peer Support, encouraging the students to work on activities more po sitively. This is the first case, for Ochanomizu University, to introduce Peer Support into a career support activity. The program consists of “Team Organizing,” “Planning,” “Offering Information,” “Showing Leadership,” “Taking Action,” “Assessing,” and “Reporting.” Through the program, the students voluntarily held several meetings to organize a roundtable conference with students who have successfully gotten job offers from companies, and a roundtable conference with alumnae. Furthermore, the students showed “Leadership” and took “Action” for planning and overseeing events according to the pr ogram. It could be seen that the program provided the students with not only a chance for planning career support events but also an opportunity to deliberate on how they should spend their remaining days at the university to enrich their university life.}, pages = {8--15}, title = {ピア・サポートを活用した新たな学びの仕組み : 学生が主体的に取り組むキャリア支援プログラムの開発}, volume = {8}, year = {2017} }
