内容記述 | The Student Counseling Room supports: the individual student through counseling and workshops that are planned and managed by the university’ s counselors. Workshops are held at least once a month throughout the academic year. Off-campus experts in mental health are invited to conduct workshops, while some workshops are also led by university’ s counselors. The workshops are aimed at providing the student with an opportunity to discuss her grades with counselors, and to support the student who, for personal reasons, will not or cannot visit the Student Counseling Room. In short, the workshops are aimed at preventing the student from reaching a critical mental state. The program has been running for fifteen years, since 2005. However, the workshop’ s effectiveness has not yet been examined in detail. In this article, we look at the workshop’ s effectiveness from a student perspective and within the broader mental health measures of universities, especially in the context of self-care. | |||||||||
