内容記述 | Ochanomizu University and Bridgestone Co., Ltd. launched the Backcasting Future Visions Seminar in April 2019 to promote the emergence of new female leaders and build a foundation for creating social value for the future. In this class, through engaging in dialogue with yourself and with others, you will realize your own potential and foster your ability to determine your own future (ownership/leadership). The content of the class consists primarily of talks conducted by guest lecturers as well as dialogues conducted in workshops at the seminar. To enhance opportunities for student dialogue, each student is expected to submit a selfexpression, a question, and a self-choice to the Backcasting Future Visions Seminar after each class. In the second semester, students will write about their own resources and those that they lack in connection with their theme. Questions on the reflection sheet deepen the dialogue with the students and help them identify their themes. As per results from previous classes, the questionnaire surveys in the first and second semesters have indicated changes in consciousness and improvements such as a better ability “to find my own new possibilities,” better “communication with others,” better “power of presentation,” and “expanded network of relationships.” Next year, the Backcasting Future Visions Seminar will clarify students’ inner desires, give them opportunities to express them, and play a role in supporting students to act independently. | |||||||||||||||||||||
