In this class, through engaging in dialogue with yourself and with others, you will realize your own potential and foster your ability to determine your own future (ownership/leadership). The content of the class consists primarily of talks conducted by guest lecturers as well as dialogues conducted in workshops at the seminar. To enhance opportunities for student dialogue, each student is expected to submit a selfexpression, a question, and a self-choice to the Backcasting Future Visions Seminar after each class. In the second semester, students will write about their own resources and those that they lack in connection with their theme. Questions on the reflection sheet deepen the dialogue with the students and help them identify their themes.
