| 内容記述 | Ochanomizu University develops the original ‘leadership identity’ index in 2020. This paper reports results of the survey in which students in the university evaluated their ‘leadership identity’ by using the index. The leadership identity self-evaluation index was developed based on the questionnaire for verifying educational effects of the leadership development curriculum by the IGL. It also refers to domestic and overseas leadership theories and models, indicators for evaluating results of leadership education programs, and competency evaluation indexes. The survey results are as follows. The Ochanomizu original ‘leadership identity’ index clarifies the trend in characteristics of students of Ochannomizu University, differences in the characteristics by grade and faculty, and the tendency of selfevaluation of each student. By examining the validity of this developed index, this paper shows that it has much reliability. | |||||||||||||||||||||
