| 内容記述 | This paper reports on the development of the “Ochadai Index”, an employment environment evaluation index developed by Ochanomizu University, and the status of the employment environment of educational and research institutions in Japan. Using the “Ochadai Index” we evaluated the employment environment of each institution over the 11-year period from FY2010 to FY2021, targeting institutions that adopted the Female Researcher Support Program. We were able to visualize the situation in which an environment conducive to women's work is being developed. However, while there are some support and initiatives that have greatly promoted implementation and utilization, there are also some support and initiatives that have not developed much from the fiscal year when the support started, and the status of support and initiatives changes depending on the characteristics of the institution and the influence of social issues such as COVID-19. | |||||||||||||||||
