| 内容記述 | In 2021, China implemented a national three-child policy. Nevertheless, the one-child policy implemented between 1979 and 2015 has played a role in the increase in the number of “Shidu parents”. They lost their only child and are now struggling to have another child. This study was designed to review the research literature on the current status and challenges of providing psychological help to Shidu parents, with a view to identifying the types of psychological help provided to Shidu parents, and discussing the ways in which appropriate support can be developed. By utilizing the CNKI database, this study conducted a comprehensive search with the keywords “失独”, “心理援助”, “心理救助”, “精神慰藉”, and “心理帮扶”, which obtained a total of 9 relevant research papers. The literature is categorized into （1） psychological counseling and therapy, （2）group psychological interventions,（ 3） casework by social workers,（ 4） group work by social workers, and（ 5） homogeneous mutual aid. Future research and policy are expected to address these challenges, and explore ways to improve the accessibility, effectiveness, and utilization of psychological help for Shidu parents or bereaved parents in other countries. | |||||||||
