| 内容記述 | This study mainly reviews and analyzes the documents on early childcare policies from 1949 to 1978, as well as the policies of the All-China Women's Federation and the speeches of important leaders. Between 1949 and 1978, the de-familizing early childcare policy could only cover a limited number of urban families. At that time, families mainly relied on parenting support from families and relatives （especially female family members and female relatives）, as well as mutual assistance from neighboring societies or communities. In the process of proposing early childcare policies, the government and All-China Women’s Federation not only established the rationality of socializing childcare, but also strengthened the family responsibility of childcare, especially the responsibility of mothers. The seemingly de-familizing childcare policies from 1949 to 1978 contained the ideology of familialization. | |||||||||
