| 内容記述 | Recently, many researchers have discussed the validity of conferences in early childhood education and care. With revision of guideline for early childhood education, teachers and workers have been requested more pluralistic and multiplex abilities. Conferences have brought about attention, which offer a good chance for teachers and workers to improve their professions. In this study, I examine the validity of conferences in early childhood education\ and care for development of teachers and workers from suggestions of the latest studies. I try to present a model of structure indicator for conferences in order to grasp the structure of conferences in early childhood education and care. |
